Mr. Vinod Jain is a leading expert on, Valuations International Taxation, corporate laws, FEMA, Fund raising and strategic planning/ structuring. Most complex issues are handled by him professionally re regulatory compliance, Project planning, project structuring, infrastructure development, Financial modeling, business agreements and techno-economic feasibility study of more than 500 projects including infrastructure projects and legal drafting/vetting is another expertise of Mr. Jain. Estate planning with balancing of Love-money-control is a special expertise of CA Vinod Jain. National and international tax laws are considered while framing wealth management and trust structures in and outside India.

Mr. Vinod Jain graduated as a Commerce graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi in 1976. He did LLB from Law Centre, University of Delhi in 1979. He pursued and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary in 1979 and as a Cost and Management Accountant in 1983. He also qualified Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) in 2004.

He has also served on different Committees of Central Board of Direct Taxes, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and several committees of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)

He has been instrumental in Designing and Delivering 3 Courses in Core Financial Domains during his tenure with ICAI namely, Masters’ in Business Fiancé (MBF), Valuation Course and Forex Risk & Treasury Management.

With in-depth industry knowledge, professional acumen and global footprint, he possess a track record for handling large and complex assignments of well-established domestic and global industry players delivering spectacular results on Manufacturing Operations, Project Planning & Control, Process Improvement, Team Management, Value Engineering, Cost Control, Quality Assurance & Plant Operations fronts.

He holds a PG Diploma in Business Administration combined with various technical qualifications like Six Sigma, TQM, WCQ etc. He leads our Technical Consulting and Plant & machinery Valuations practices.

Starting off as a civil engineer and signing off as a Cheif Engineer at Housing Board, Haryana, Mr. Yadav has been able to garner a varried experience while working on civil, residential, institutional, commericial, infrastructure and industrial projects including valuations, construction management, quantity surveying, planning and executing. 

He is qualified Civil Engineer with post graduate diploma in construction management and is also a corporate member of various professional institutes like:- Institution of Surveyors (India), Institution of Engineers (India), Institution of Valuers (India), Council of Engineers & Valuers, ICMAI RVO. He leads our Technical Consulting and Land & Building Valuations practices.
